Toch kan het voorkomen dat je ergens niet tevreden over bent. Dat horen we graag, want we willen blijven verbeteren. Onderstaande klachtenregeling beschrijft hoe je een klacht kunt indienen en hoe we daarmee omgaan.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-uagb-separator uagb-block-8245e430\"><div class=\"wp-block-uagb-separator__inner\" style=\"--my-background-image:\"><\/div><\/div>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>1. Wat verstaan we onder een klacht?<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Een klacht is iedere uiting van ontevredenheid over:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>De inhoud of kwaliteit van een training, workshop, scholing of adviestraject<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>De communicatie of bejegening vanuit KIM-onderwijsadvies<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>De levering van materialen of afspraken rond dienstverlening<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-uagb-separator uagb-block-34b458a6\"><div class=\"wp-block-uagb-separator__inner\" style=\"--my-background-image:\"><\/div><\/div>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>2. Hoe kun je een klacht indienen?<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Een klacht kun je binnen&nbsp;<strong>14 dagen na afloop van de dienst<\/strong>&nbsp;of gebeurtenis indienen via e-mail:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\ud83d\udce7\u00a0<strong><a href=\"mailto:klachten@kim-onderwijsadvies.nl\">info@kim-onderwijsadvies.nl<\/a><\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Vermeld hierbij:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Je naam en eventueel organisatie of school<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>De datum en omschrijving van de betreffende dienst<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Een duidelijke omschrijving van je klacht<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>(Eventueel) een suggestie voor oplossing of herstel<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>Je ontvangt binnen&nbsp;<strong>5 werkdagen<\/strong>&nbsp;een ontvangstbevestiging van je klacht.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-uagb-separator uagb-block-f53f18a4\"><div class=\"wp-block-uagb-separator__inner\" style=\"--my-background-image:\"><\/div><\/div>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>3. Behandeling van de klacht<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Binnen&nbsp;<strong>14 werkdagen<\/strong>&nbsp;na ontvangst van de klacht ontvang je een inhoudelijke reactie.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Indien nodig, nemen we contact met je op voor aanvullende toelichting of een (telefonisch) gesprek.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>We streven ernaar om de klacht binnen&nbsp;<strong>4 weken<\/strong>&nbsp;op te lossen. Mocht er meer tijd nodig zijn, dan word je daarvan op de hoogte gebracht.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-uagb-separator uagb-block-b09ed4de\"><div class=\"wp-block-uagb-separator__inner\" style=\"--my-background-image:\"><\/div><\/div>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>4. Vertrouwelijkheid<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Je klacht wordt altijd vertrouwelijk behandeld. Alleen betrokkenen die direct nodig zijn voor de afhandeling, krijgen inzage in de klacht.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-uagb-separator uagb-block-c09fddf7\"><div class=\"wp-block-uagb-separator__inner\" style=\"--my-background-image:\"><\/div><\/div>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>5. Vastlegging<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Alle ontvangen klachten en de wijze van afhandeling worden geregistreerd en&nbsp;<strong>minimaal 1 jaar bewaard<\/strong>. Dit doen we om de kwaliteit van onze dienstverlening blijvend te verbeteren.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-uagb-separator uagb-block-ee396d27\"><div class=\"wp-block-uagb-separator__inner\" style=\"--my-background-image:\"><\/div><\/div>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>6. Geen externe klachtenfunctionaris<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>KIM-onderwijsadvies is een eenmansbedrijf en beschikt niet over een formele klachtenfunctionaris of externe bemiddelaar.<br>Mocht je desondanks niet tevreden zijn over de afhandeling van je klacht, dan kun je er uiteraard altijd voor kiezen om je te wenden tot een brancheorganisatie (indien van toepassing) of, als uiterste stap, de Autoriteit Consument &amp; Markt (ACM)&nbsp;of een juridisch adviseur.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-uagb-separator uagb-block-0c67685b\"><div class=\"wp-block-uagb-separator__inner\" style=\"--my-background-image:\"><\/div><\/div>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Heb je een vraag, opmerking of suggestie?<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Ook als je geen klacht hebt, maar w\u00e9l feedback, horen we dat graag.
